Eric Martorano
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Accordo Group, Eric Martorano leads the strategic direction and operational success of the organization with his vision for providing exceptional customer experience through the intersection of people, partners and technology. A high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven technology executive, Martorano approaches each business challenge and opportunity with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements and high growth top line performance. As an avid sports fan, Martorano sees his role as a head coach, helping to bring the right people together on the team and put them in the best position to win for Accordo’s customers, partners and employees.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Martorano provides deep expertise in working with a range of customers and partners around the globe, and has passion for delivering excellence in strategy and execution. Throughout his career, Martorano has established an impressive track record of growing companies and delivering customer success. In his previous role, Martorano was Chief Revenue Officer at Intermedia, a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and business cloud provider. Martorano was responsible for leading global sales, marketing and strategic partnerships for the company. Prior to Intermedia, Martorano spent over eight years at Microsoft where he was General Manager of U.S. Channel Sales with over $17 billion of revenue responsibility. Throughout his career Martorano has led a number of key initiatives and strategies at other notable companies such as Sage Software and Ingram Micro.
Martorano has been recognized as a top industry performer, including being named to CRN’s “Top 100 Executives”. Martorano holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.
George Woodward
Chief Financial Officer
George Woodward serves as Accordo’s Chief Financial Officer. George works with the senior leadership team and the Board of Directors, providing global commercial insights through revenue, profitability and resource analysis, and business planning and business excellence through controls, compliance, budgeting and forecasting activities.
George brings extensive global, financial and commercial experience to Accordo through his time spent at PwC and other online, retail, service and financial services sector organizations. George has a law degree from the University of Birmingham (UK) and is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Accountants in England and Wales.
Shrikant Shrivastava
Vice President of Product Development
As Vice President of Product Development, Shrikant Shrivastava leads our product development and engineering organization to deliver and solve customer problems through the innovative use of technology. Shrikant has over 15 years of international business and technology experience successfully managing product engineering and architecture practices and driving organization-wide technology strategies and roadmaps.
Shrikant has a passion for people and extensive experience in leading diverse and high performing teams across geographies while building organizational competencies and capabilities to nurture complex products into profitable businesses.
Prior to Accordo, Shrikant spent several years in key strategic leadership roles in large global organizations, including Orion Health, IBM, Deloitte, and Semanticspace Technologies. He specializes in managing the lifecycle of products from their conception stage through to product launch, setting up product vision and strategy and running product P&Ls.
Shrikant is an engineer at heart and loves to solve problems with technology. He is very passionate about the way technology is changing the business landscape, especially the technology revolution in global cloud adoption.
Shrikant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
He holds several certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect, CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
As an avid learner, Shrikant continues to foster his development as he is currently enrolled in the Yale University School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program.
Eric Roach
Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Accordo Group, Eric Roach serves on the Company’s executive leadership team reporting directly to CEO Eric Martorano. He leads global Sales, Client Services and Marketing, partnering closely with all business groups leading worldwide GTM efforts, and delivering on the Company’s revenue targets and growth strategy. He is responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and leading Accordo’s exceptional global sales team while strengthening the Company’s position within the channel.
An industry veteran for more than 20 years, Roach has enjoyed extraordinary success in developing and growing international sales channels for some of the most known technology companies in the world. He has demonstrated true impact and influence in numerous leadership positions, including Microsoft, managing revenues for over US $2.5B annually across 45 countries, and driving profitability and strategy in leading the business engagement for one of Microsoft’s largest worldwide business partners, Ingram Micro. Prior to Accordo, Roach held the position of Global Vice President, Channel Sales at Intermedia, a leader in unified communications and business cloud services. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the strategy and executive of its field sales, strategic channel partnerships and distribution teams.

Len DiCostanzo
Sr. Vice President, Product Management
As Senior Vice President of Product Management at Accordo Group, Len DiCostanzo leads new business initiatives with strategic channel partners, cloud and other software publishers, as well as BPO service providers worldwide. DiCostanzo is responsible for championing new business opportunities that align with Accordo’s mission of empowering customers to realize their full potential through the intersection of people, partners, data and technology.
A mainstay in the IT community DiCostanzo joined Accordo after working at Datto, the world’s leading provider of MSP-delivered IT solutions, where he served as Senior Vice President, Channel Development. DiCostanzo was previously with Autotask for a decade prior to the company’s acquisition by Vista Equity Partners, and then subsequent merger with Datto. While at Autotask, DiCostanzo held several executive leadership positions, helping the Autotask community grow to 9,000+ partners and customers around the world. DiCostanzo was also founder and CEO of a business technology consulting firm for more than twenty years which was acquired by a publicly traded technology services firm in 2002.
Len graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
Yann Teboul
Sr. Vice President, Global Operations
As the Sr. Vice President, Global Operations for Accordo Group, Yann Teboul’s mission is to lead his organization in the design and execution of Accordo’s service operations strategy that aligns with supporting the Company’s client commitments.
Teboul collaborates with business groups within Accordo to ensure there is a coordinated approach across operational initiatives globally. He serves on Accordo’s executive leadership team reporting directly to CEO Eric Martorano.
Bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in a wide range of industries, Teboul has held various positions including Developer, Systems Engineer, Service Delivery Manager, Director of Technology and CIO for companies such as Vodafone, Datacom and Arthur Andersen.
Prior to Accordo, Teboul served as Strategic Partnership Director & Global Services Manager at Vista Entertainment Solutions. His diverse background and depth of experience enable him to leverage his strong business management skills with a keen understanding of the technical aspects of the IT industry.
He is a former Chairman of the French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor for years.
Teboul graduated from Benedict School of Switzerland with a Diploma of HE Commerce.
Wendy Sefcik
Head of Global Client Services
As Head of Global Client Services at Accordo Group, Wendy Sefcik leads the Global Client Account Team and is responsible for overseeing Accordo’s enterprise relationships and client accounts worldwide. She works in tandem with Accordo’s Business Development, Product and Service Delivery Operations teams to build and create new opportunities, drive top-line revenue growth and form strategic partnerships through an exceptional client experience.
Recognized in her career as an industry leader, Sefcik has more than 30 years of experience in technology and telecommunications managing sales teams and leading business development, B2B client strategy, go-to-market execution and consumer offerings. She has led a variety of client engagements at Microsoft, T-Mobile AT&T Wireless and Boeing Space & Défense and Commercial.
Prior to Accordo, Sefcik was a Director at Inviso Corporation where she was responsible for business development, marketing and creative service solutions delivery.
Sefcik holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, an International Finance Degree from Helsinki School of Management in Finland; and a B.A. in economics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Vicky McCullough
Director
Vicky McCullough founded Accordo in partnership with Wayne Jackson and serves on the Board of Directors. Vicky is a leading authority on IT asset management, software acquisition and volume licensing.
Launching Accordo in New Zealand and growing it into a global company is a result of her hard working, ethical and driven leadership. Vicky has been instrumental in driving global growth, and is now extending her leadership contributions to the International Standards Association – WG21, for ITAM and SAM as a member of the board.
Wayne Jackson
Director
Wayne Jackson founded Accordo in partnership with Vicky McCullough. He serves on the Board of Directors and is President of Accordo Group USA. Wayne is regarded as a visionary expert in workflow automation and is the inventor, designer and developer of the proprietary system used by Accordo around the world.
Wayne focuses on issues related to technology innovation and the impact on software licensing and distribution, as well as value-add opportunities and solutions resulting from global license compliance scenarios.
With more than 30 years in the IT industry, Wayne’s experience encompasses leadership roles in management, sales, business analysis, data modelling and software development, and he has influenced local, regional and global business outcomes. Wayne is a published author having written numerous articles for IT publications over the years.
George Bell
Director
George Bell is a 30-year veteran of creating and growing consumer businesses including authoring the 13-part blog series Yours to Lose, running on Business Insider about start-up CEO challenges.
He has been CEO of five businesses (two of them public) including CEO of Jumptap, a mobile advertising platform (sold to AOL); CEO of Upromise (sold to Sallie Mae); chairman and CEO of Excite and Excite@Home; and former chairman, Harris Interactive (sold to Nielsen). He has also served as a managing director of General Catalyst Partners, a venture and private equity firm.
His recent and current boards include John Wiley and Sons (NYSE: Wiley); Angie’s List; (NASDQ: ANGI) Care.com (NYSE:CRCM), lead director; Place IQ, chairman; as well as board roles on several additional early stage companies including Hubspot (NYSE: HUBS), DataLogix (sold to Oracle), and Big Fish Games (sold to Churchill downs).
Prior to the advent of digital media, George founded The Outdoor Life Network (now NBC Sports Network); and was a former SVP, Times Mirror Magazines, overseeing titles such as SKI and Field & Stream. George is also the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for California and New England; a four-time Emmy Award–winning producer and writer of adventure, wildlife, and vanishing-culture documentaries. In his non-profit work, he serves on the boards of the Trust for Public Land and SquashBusters. George graduated from Harvard ’80, and is married with three grown sons.
